As part of the sUSD rebuild process outlined by the Synthetix Blog, eligible users may unstake their SNX by repaying 35% of their outstanding debt.
⚠️ Important: This is a Manual Process
The 35% repayment option is not available directly in the UI.
To proceed, you must contact Support. Each request is reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
Please allow time for manual review and processing.
Eligibility Requirement
You must have already burnt at least 65% of your original debt to qualify.
Support will verify:
Your total outstanding debt
The amount of sUSD you have currently staked
The amount required to reach the 35% repayment threshold
All calculations are confirmed by Support before proceeding.
What You Will Need to Provide
If eligible, you will need to:
Repay the remaining required sUSD amount (if any)
Send your Account NFT associated with the staking position
Both are required in order to complete the unstaking process.
Support will provide exact instructions once your eligibility is confirmed.
