Welcome to the Synthetix Help Center.

Your home for quick answers, clear guides and support from staking to trading on Synthetix. Whether you're brand-new or a long-time user, this is the easiest place to get help fast.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to look up keywords related to your question (e.g., “how do I bridge sUSD”, "how do I stake SNX", etc).

Most common questions already have simple, step-by-step guides. You'll usually find what you need within seconds.

You’ll start with our AI Support Agent, it can answer most questions instantly. If you prefer to talk to a human, simply write: “I want to speak with an agent.”

Select a topic, then the AI will pass you through to our support team, and someone will reply as soon as they’re available.

4. Safety Tips

A few important reminders:
