Please follow the steps below:
Go to the Curve protocol.
Connect your wallet.
Unstake to retrieve your LP tokens.
If there is nothing to unstake, you may have already unstaked previously.
Contact support, ask to speak with an agent, and provide your wallet address.
The agent will:
Review your LP tokens
Calculate what you may be owed
Confirm whether your balance is eligible for redemption
If an agent confirms eligibility, you will be instructed to send your LP tokens to the Synthetix Treasury Wallet:

❗ Do NOT send LP tokens to the treasury unless an agent confirms it is redeemable. Low-value balances sent without confirmation cannot be recovered.After providing the transaction id the agent will start processing the available tokens.
